Born in the heart of Camden Market during the pandemic, Meat Head Mexican exploded onto the UK street food scene as one of the country’s very first dedicated birria taco concepts 🇲🇽⚡️

What started as a small market stall quickly went VIRAL 🚀 thanks to our slow-cooked beef birria, rich dipping consommé, crispy tacos, and full-blown California-meets-Mexico street food energy 🌴🌊🌮
